This is a new steam / pressure unit on a used truck. The unit has a 3.6 million BTU burner box. The unit is propane fired. The unit has a coolant to liquid propane vaporizer. This unit has a Triplex, centrifugal, and bowie pump. The unit has a 36 barrel tank with a 24/12 split and 250 gallons of propane storage. The coils are constrcted of 1" schedule 80 seamless pipe. Coils were pressured tested to 4000# PSIG. The burner box is very well insulated with a glass cyramic insulation with stainless steel enpanded metan holding it in place. The outer wall is constructed of 1/4" steel. This unit is used to remove parifin, test casing, load wells, hydrotest pipelines, clean up oil spills, kill vapors in vessels, power wash oilfield and industrial equipment, and hot oil short flow lines. The entire unit is hydralicly driven, with a 35 gallon reservoir and double electric fan on the cooler. Unit has a 85 gallon methanol / antifreeze storage container on the passenger side. The unit has 3 tool boxes for storage. Hoses include, 2-450 degree 1" hot lines with racks, 1-3/8" 3000#-300 degree pressure test line. All change overs from 1/4" - 2" and testing manifold. The unit has work lights on both sides and back for night operation. The tank is constructed of fiberglass. This was done to handle weight reasons. The pannel consists of throttle, power switch, cooler switch, propane power switch, high temp murphy kill switch, propane pressure guage, and all three hydralic controls. The hydralic controls also have flow control valves to slow down and speed pumps if needed. All pumps have stainless steel flex connectors on the sucktion and the discharge. The unit is equiped with a 1" EDD Flow meter. The flow meter has a strainer before it to keep contaminets out of the flow meter and the pumps. Both front and back tank are vented out of the back of the unit. Truck is equiped with oilfield bumpers in front and in the rear. The unit has all LED lights in it. The truck is a 1984 Ford f-800. It has a new 429 LP motor, New transmission, and current dot inspection. Rubber on tires is 90% or better. There is nothing wrong with this truck and at the time of this ad the truck was out working.
